Our Operating Manager, Darleen Pratt, has been employed by Faulkner County Title since 1997 and previously worked in the lending industry.

Our Title Plant Manager, Wanda Blake, has been with us since 1973; serving as assistant manager (1984-1990), operating manager (1990-2003) and Title Plant Manager (2004-present). She has been a licensed abstracter since 1972.

Our title search personnel, Judy Wooley, left (1976) and Valerie Cooper, right (1991) provide many years of experience in the land title business.

Our closing staff has a long history of providing quality closing services to the community.
Judy Hemmerich has been with us since 1993 bringing with her over 25 years experience in banking prior to joining us. Eva Lyon (2001),is an exceptional closers who has many years of previous experience in the lending industry.
Barbara Lorenz (1997) provides marketing and closing services at our Greenbrier branch and has 24 years experience in lending.

Our support staff, Nancy Richardson Wirt, Sue Morton, Jill Killion, James Perry and Courtney Bloodworth keep the wheels turning.

Two of the company owners, Larry E. Graddy, left (1971) and William C. Adkisson, right (1979), are local attorneys who specialize in real estate law, commercial transactions, banking and estate planning. Information about their law office can be viewed here

They also provide in-house legal services with an experienced staff including Marilyn Ruple (1962) and Nancy Cunningham (1986). Beau Wilcox joined the firm of Graddy & Adkisson, LLP during the summer of 2007 after attaining his J.D. in December, 2006.
